My friend the Kiwi Kolleague and I headed out for a quick lunch in our break.

Kiwi Kolleague was reallllly in the mood for a burger and chips so we headed over to Burgerlicious to see what was on offer.

Having been to the Potts Point one before, I expected it to be pretty good.

The atmosphere in the Liverpool Street store is not very lively. There were quite a few people in there but the drab decor and small tables made for a pretty quiet atmosphere.

Being fast food, service was minimal as we placed our orders and then waited for the food to be brought out. That said, the food came out quickly so we didn’t have any issues with service.

Food was OK. My experience at Burgerlicious Potts Point was much better as I think the food was hotter, had better presentation, and tasted nicer.

The burger was a decent size, but the icerberg lettuce made it look like a plain burger that you could make at home. Disappointing.

The chips were good though, crunchy and thick cut, with good seasoning.

The meal came to about $12.00 including a drink and small chips.

I would rate my experience (out of 10):

  • Service- 5 (non-existent really)
  • Food- 5
  • Ambience- 5
  • Value – 6
