I ordered the Beef Guerrero Nachos (mild) -slow roasted beef in GYG’s Guerrero marinade with Pico de Gallo salsa ($11.50).

Service wasn’t very good as I thought the lady who served me was a little rude and was not friendly at all. She probably wanted to be anywhere else but there, and it showed. However, in terms of speed, the food came out quite quickly so I was happy with that.

I ordered the nachos takeaway and when I opened the box (only about 3 minutes later) they were all mixed up and looked a little messy, not like the picture on the menu.

They did taste quite nice but the sauce and melted cheese had made the corn chips a little soft. I am not a big fan of the black beans either. The meat sauce was alright, and the guacamole, and fresh tomato and onion lifted the dish and made it more refreshing.

Rating:

Overall I would rate my experience (out of 10):

  • Service- 3
  • Food- 6.5
  • Ambience- 3.5
  • Value – 5

  1. I’m pretty sure that’s not how the tacos are meant to look. How sad!! I’ve only been to the one at westfield Sydney. Absolutely love their burrito bowls! My go to meal when I can’t figure out what I want 🙂

  2. Including staff being rude, the nachos weren’t prepared properly so you were perfectly entitled to that credit – hope your next visit improves on these and that lady a little more pleasant
